What type of miscreant can’t spit their chewing gum into the trash bin?

Took a moment to appreciate the glorious fall air as I walked out of the haberdashery. As I made my way to the car i could feel a squishing. Upon inspection, I discovered a dastardly greenish scum now stuck to the bottom of one of my new Bruno Maglis
