Agreed, once all the schools let out and everyone tries to get on 10 it becomes a mess around 3, then just stays bad until about 5:30/6pm.

If you are coming across the bridge it Starts between 2-3 on top of the bridge almost to the split. Starts getting backed up towards Prairieville on 10 and Dinky Springs on 12 aroud 3-4.
