Has anyone seen this documentary on Netflix? It's essentially vegan propaganda. The piece focuses on how red meat, poultry, eggs, fish, dairy, literally anything that derives from or is an animal will give you cancer, diabetes, heart failure, etc. Wondering if anyone here has seen this and thought it was as much bull shite as I did.

Link to the IMDb with description.

Right. They fail to mention this but do mention how pesticides and fertilizers are ingested by the cows we eat. It compares one egg a day to smoking 5 cigarettes a day. Wtf?

Has there ever been a tumor that didn't contain dihydrogen monoxide?

A large percentage of the reality/documentary content Netflix adds now is completely unwatchable.

It is vegan trash. It's producers are vegan, and use studies that are vegan funded. Ignore.

Lolz. The jury is out on whether or not vegetarians live any longer than meat eaters do. Some studies show they do, but I would imagine it's hard to control for outside factors - like vegetarians are more health conscious in general. Some of those studies are also lenient when it comes to who they call vegetarian.

Enjoy your hamburgers in moderation.

Dihydrogen monoxide causes thousands of deaths each year and yet we continue putting it in our foods and drinks.

Apparently there are small quantities in the air we breathe now. Thanks, Obama!

It was complete garbage. Very obvious from the start that this top knot wearing vagina had an agenda. He wasn't looking for answers. He was looking for people to support his answer.

Have you seen his other documentary Cowspiracy?

The film explores the impact of animal agriculture on the environment, and investigates the policies of environmental organizations on this issue.

My wife watched that shite the other day. I caught about 15 minutes before I walked away. Life is all about moderation. I eat steak and I eat tofu and I drink alcohol and I drink green smoothies. My dad is a former ultra marathoner and he's had a heart attack and triple bypass by 62. Something will eventually get you. Enjoy good food and drink until then.

it really is ridiculous the lengths people will go to disguise their political agendas...we constantly get total bullshite spewed at us in an effort to persuade us into believing political ideas that make no sense at all. bad thing is, that kind of crap works pretty well.

One class i took in college, our class was split into 5 groups and each one was tasked with watching a "Documentary". Mainly had to do with food, environment, etc.

When it came time to class, prof asked what each group thought about theirs. I basically came out and said it was all bullshite (i worked in the ag industry so i knew firsthand). Also said the rest of the documentaries were bullshite too Should have seen the faces of those little freshmen

Didn't Steve Jobs adhere to a super restrictive vegan diet? How'd that work out for him?
