what temp do you stop wearing shorts?

I wanted to wear shorts today but I'm catchin hell from the GF. Figured at 64 degrees I should be okay with a jacket but she doesn't see it that way. What are yalls parameters for short vs. Long pants?

i hardly ever wear jeans, but the older i get the quicker i get colder. we went to christmas in the oaks last night and was going to wear shorts. my wife called me a retard. i am glad i changed

I'll wear shorts into the 30's. When I ran X-country up north, coach would only allow us to race in our singlets no matter what the weather. Snow on the ground, race in our singlets. Couldn't risk disqualifications for being out of uniform. I've gotten used to wearing shorts in all types of weather.

I wore golf shorts at a family get together in November when the weather was in the 40s. I am comfortable in shorts. All I need is for my upper body to be warm.

Shorts are trashy, especially on a golf course. You have no business on a golf course if you are wearing shorts.

Wear shorts and flip flops pretty much all year regardless of temp, unless I am at work or going out with wife and/or friends.

45ish, unless it's bowling night. I always wear shorts on the lanes. Jeans are just uncomfortable while rolling rocks.

I have no business on a golf course if I'm sober. Play a round in Hawaii, loosen up a bit. To the OP, I stop wearing shorts around 65 degrees.
