IDK the specific remedy, but can tell you North LA is ready to fund your projects via new additional gasoline taxation schemes.

How about completing 3127 to Gross Tete and 4 lane all the way to Boutte. Set up a transfer section where trucks and cars can just merge on to 190 or merve on to 3127. The all traffic going North of BR can go Old bridge, traffic going East goes 3127. Anyone that wants to go North has access to Ss Bridge, Gramercy. or Hale Boggs. They can go to 12,55, or 59. That way anyone going East or Wezt can bypass BR. That road brd is already in place.

That would be a low cost alternative prior to another bridge.

I found this on DOTD's website involving an upgrade to I-10. $300 million to do this, but it's long overdue.

LA415 to LA1

Miss. River Bridge to Dalrymple

Perkins to College
