You are in the minority boss. I’d bet at least 70-80% lf the population is on something for blood pressure, diabetes, or cholesterol.

I’m 26 and don’t take any. I do take about 4-5 vitamins though

46 here.
Humira, Methotrexate, Follic Acid for Crohn's. Diazide, Valium and Meclizine when needed for meniere's disease.

Yeah I have issues, but everything is under control with the meds.
Side effects from the meds is probably what will get me in the end.

Levothyroxine - thyroid
Losartin - blood pressure
Metoprolol - slow down my heart
Atorvastatin - regulate cholesterol
Furosemide - kidneys
Amiodarone - irregular heart rate
potassium - liver
Warfarin - prevent blood from clotting on my mechanical heart valve

52 years old and take nothing more than a multi-vitamin and a zyrtec daily.
