What parish did my COVID test count towards?

Live in Ascension, was tested in EBR. Who gets the credit? Since the Lamar Dixon test site was shut down in the middle of June, how much of EBR's spike is from Ascension residents?

Pretty sure it counts for the Parish you reside in, at least it does in most states I’ve heard of.

It's now in the "backlog" and will be pulled out when they need a spike in the numbers

It's supposed to go by your place of residence.

One of the first positive tests in Knox County months ago was someone who was working overseas and got tested in New York (I think) when they got back in the USA. They were quarantined there, but it still counted as a positive test for Knox County. Despite the fact that that person hadn't been here in months.
