yeah. I didn't know about that in Alaska, but when I went to northern Siberia they were terrible! Friends tried to warm me, but I thought they were messing with me since I was from Louisiana. It was insane.

Jesus, that's a heck of a commute to play ball.

I fished the Kenai last year and have been to Homer. Homer is at least 4 hours from Anchorage. Barrow to Homer has to be 9-10 hours.

Alaska politicians are slowly chipping away at the PFD. In a few years they won’t get anything and they still won’t have mineral rights.
