Hit three buckets of balls. None consistently. This game isn't near as easy as the boys at the Houston Open make it look.

Drove by there last week and it looked like they hadn't mowed the fairways in two weeks. Does #1 green still have all the rows of sand going across

No, but now 13 green has them.

The Dumas championship is April 30tn. They have a shite load of work to do to get it ready. All the fairways are overgrown. It's pitifull.

Played a scramble at U Club this morning. We shot -7 but heard lots of teams struggled this morning. Greens weren't very good looking (hard and crusty) but were pretty fast. 1st time playing since mid-November, no soreness in the shoulder.

Anybody know what kind of shape Carter is in these days? Haven't played there in a few years and I'm thinking about taking a drive out there soon

Course was closed for about a week for the flood. Back middle along the creek is probably still a little soggy.

Carter is my favorite course. Close to the house and well worth the money.

I almost jarred this one yesterday. 185 yds, 5 iron on a stone cold rope. 8 inches from my first ace:

Greens are in good shape.

Its a really fun course to play. The layout is good for replayability. Course conditions are always good, but it needs to grown in a bit right now. Greens are in great shape!!
