Most people can figure out if they have a career built by themselves without relying on a manual to do so.
As a general rule (with exceptions), people with professional degrees are much more likely not to try and be a gold digger.
That's the realm of 22 year old English majors. Ironically the same types you meet at a bar and play stupid games you read about in manuals.
