What kind of close calls have you had lately?

I went to the convenience store for a bag of dog food and a cup of java. The dude checking me out scanned my dog food and set it in front of me on the side of the back part of the counter. He then rang up the coffee and slang it around to land right by my 20 lbs bag of dog food. The coffee missed my bag by less than an 1/8 of an inch, maybe a centimeter. It would have been hilarious. As hard as he spun that coffee it would have knocked my bag 10 or more feet. I kind of wish he had hit it.

I went to the convenience store for a bag of cat food and a cup of milk. The dude checking me out scanned my tattoo barcode and made me sit on the counter while he figured out the register. He then rang up cat food and slang it around to land right by my 20 lb great balls of fire. The cat missed my balls by less than an 1/8 of an inch, maybe a centimeter. It would have been hilarious. As hard as he spun that meat it would have knocked my wife up. I kind of wish he had hit it.

I slowed down at a yellow light tonight in the left lane. The guy in the right lane sped through it. He got demolished by a truck and I think he may have been killed.

Driving home last night from a party I came upon an SUV backing up. It was 2 lanes heading east but as I got closer I saw it was a cop. I stopped and let him figure out what he was doing. He pulled over to the right hand lane and turned on his lights. I started inching by in the right hand lane but he started blowing his horn at me. My wife rolled down her window and of course he was a typical a-hole cop ......told me I shouldn't be passing an emergency vehicle. If you want to block the road then angle your vehicle dick head......I had to uhey and go a half mile outta my way.

Hell no. I was late to my engagement and I didn't want to be a witness and give up personal info.

You do lunch threads. I have read many. Man you really like lunch. It's good to have lunch. I just usually eat my lunch, instead of talking about it.

What you guys in here don't get about me is that my threads are not about me. They are about the OTers. I mean just tonight we got to read about a fatal car accident that one of our very own was nearly a part of. Nearly ever thread has a few people come in drop a reply that is totally awesome. I post so I can read responses that interest me. The OT has a ton of folks that always seem to deliver.
