Requiring people to come up with fluffy fiscal year goals such as working on a special project unrelated to your job or taking a certain training class. You know you're never going to get to it because there's always something more important going on.
Constantly being asked to have a meeting before any actual work can get done. A simple request to pull X data shouldnt require a 1 hr meeting with 5 people.

People that: empty the coffee pot and don’t make more, empty paper towels and don’t replace with a new roll, leave shreds of hand towels on the bathroom floor, the guy that pisses all on the floor short of the urinal, the guy that doesn’t completely flush his dump, lack of courtesy flush, lazy arse mother frickers generally.
