I honestly couldn't pick a favorite. They all have their place. I've never met a cheese that I didn't like.

If on a sandwich, I prefer Swiss or Provolone.

Either Smoked Gouda or Manchego. Prob Smoked Gouda by a hair.

Mozzarella in block form. I like to cut off a chunk and eat with sliced apples or peaches. Delicious combo.

I guess cheddar but I also like mozzarella, provolone, parmesan, swiss, and blue cheese.
