If im feelind down i head to the beach, bonfire, king crab and the aurora

Surviving a very serious illness, being happily married to and in love with the same woman for over 30 years and raising two great children have done it for me. I pretty much stay happy.

I’m happy. Sure I deal with stress and difficulties but overall I’m pretty damned happy with myself and my life. I guess you could say that I’m comfortable in my own skin.

Aurora? All the time. It's not visible from June to the middle of August though. Too light outside.
