I don’t believe I was “blaming” genetics, but it doesn’t take a geneticist to figure out that some folks genes are going to have them skinnier than others.
How can we assume that genes affect heart disease, blood pressure, cholesterol, diabetes, cancer, etc. but definitely not weight?

I got alot of shite wrong with me that I didn't have 6 years ago. It's very depressing how strong of a person I was back then and now I am basically useless.....

Considering my situation I am actually pretty healthy. I was diagnosed with ADHD when I was 6th grade (this was 1989-90ish). This was just before everyone was being diagnosed with it, which seemed to happen towards the late 90s when any kid who acted up at school was being diagnosed and given meds for it.
My eye sight isn't that great at all so I wear contacts/glasses.
And as I got older I fought an episode of depression and anxiety. After having two anxiety attacks within two weeks of each other it seems like it intensified and I take meds for it now. But other than that I have no other issues which is evidently uncommon considering my condition..
