I hope not and feel that in the end, corp dentistry could be a net positive for dentists if they know how to handle their business.

I have a Pacific Dental outfit near my office. I get at least 2 patients per week that they have screwed up. I understand their model of business can be profitable, but the fact that they hire young dentists and pay them poorly, leads to unhappy dentists and patients that have been mistreated. I'll just sit back and make a living on treating my long term patients well and fixing the screw ups of these corporate hacks.
