I've always called it a farmer walk, but yeah....I wish I had a rope set up. Need to try to get that somehow. Hanging from a pull up bar is harder than people realize. fricking hate it. Shrugs can be decent for grip strength as well.

I saw that earlier. Always makes me think of that terrible movie Over The Top with Sylvester Stallone.

not only beneficial to every day life, they help you with some of your lifts. Cleans, deadlifts. pullups too. Overall will help you feel more confident doing these things

Gotcha.

I like farmers carry, plate pinching, anything with thick rope. shite just hanging from a pullup bar for as long as possible. things like that

I'll look into that. I can do a lot of pullups, but I've recently learned that I need to improve my grip strength. I've noticed that during chin ups and dips I'll feel a twinge in my arm near my right elbow. Someone told me it could be because I need to improve my forearm strength, and I've noticed lots of grip strength routines seem to strengthen the forearm.

Brags, if you're in BR, call Geauxcrossfit (GCF) on Sherwood and tell them you want to try it out before the EOM.

I'm in Denham unfortunately but may call to see. Sherwood isn't THAT far. May do that, though. Thanks

That is awesome. I don't want to burden you, but how can I find out how to do that?

Hipsters grow up to be communist's. Crossfitters just die eventually.
