This particular plane looks like it was caught flying low on approach to MSY, but isnt that coincidentally the same levy that the 737 plane emergency landed on in the 80s or so?

Southwest airlines 737 either in flight on on approach to KMSY.

Also, isnt that the levy that the South American pilot landed a 737 on years ago? (and also took back off after fixing the engine and tires.)

No, that was over by the NASA assembly facility in NOLA East.

That same plane is now in service with Southwest.
