She'll know what it's all about,because she'probably dont something along those lines. Most likely she won't say anything, but if she does, dont hide the truth just like a bitch. She'll appreciate your honesty.

Rookie move.
I mastered this 35 years ago. You jerk the wheel abruptly and say did you feel that, I think I'd better check the tires.
Pull over to the shoulder, get out of the car and check all the tires farting the circumference of the vehicle. If it is particularly loud, synchronize a fart with the slamming of the trunk.
Linger long enough for the fart remnants to totally exit your pants.
