I'd also like to be able to embed video links, but have them collapsed by default. Basically be something like a play button that would expand and let you watch the video if you choose. Think reddit is fun. Could even have the option to do the same for images.

Lol Texags gets barely half the traffic of TD. This is sad considering the size of their student body/alumni base/media markets

TD does not have too many boards. The various additions have all worked out OK except for Books, which from the beginning was clearly a mistake. But that can easily be remedied by changing it to The Symposium™.
As for the OT being boring now, for the 5,762nd time that has nothing to do w/too many boards. It's b/c there are no LLotOT anymore, chicks posting pics and detailing the most intimate aspects of their lives. So there are no interesting IM threads for hardleggers to live through vicariously.
Get some LLotOT back here -- especially some LSU coeds -- and this place will get livelier than you could possibly imagine.
