When I was in high school there was this one guy people use to pick on all the time. I felt bad for him, one day someone threw a battery and hit him in the head.. People would do some cruel shite to him.. One day I had to go through the gym and this guy was sitting in the bleachers alone just crying hard. One of the coaches had about 4 or 5 other students on the other side of the gym ripping them a new one.
When they were getting dressed for PE, they locked the kid in a locker and left him there until it was time for everyone to get dressed.

We were on a bachelor party and some bum in a wheel chair asked us to push him up a steep hill. While pushing him the dude started asking for money. When we got to the top and didn't give him money he started cursing us out so we proceeded to push his arse back down the hill and walked away. Heard a pretty loud scream and crash and didn't give a frick

Im really not proud of it but when I was much, much younger I stuck a burning sparkler in some kids waistline of his shorts. I now regret it but back then I was a shitty kid.
