I can't phathom this. I ran hard in college and went 7 days once, slept one night, and went 7 more days. That one nights sleep did wonders though.

About 48 hours. Speed was never my thing.

I went 9 months with no more than 2-4 hours of consecutive sleep daily.

The longest I recall is 25+ hours that occurred this past weekend in NYC. I may have stayed awake longer than that as a kid, but I don't remember.
