When we had a full house of kids..There the full breakfast of grits, bacon, eggs fried in the bacon grease and toast with a giant glass of cold milk. But as the kids started to move out the breakfast got smaller..When I was the only one left it was cold cereal and oatmeal during the winter.

I do rice and eggs with fried eggs. Cooked rice on a plate then put the fried eggs over easy on top. Whip together with lots of butter. ????
