The one that I see the most are the non-CPA financial planners/advisers who are selling commission-based products and have no fiduciary duty.

Any and all MLM products. Most other people like car salesman, insurance sales, etc, that's their full time job and they're trying to earn a living. They at least sell legitimate products and for the most part keep it at the office and don't bother their friends and shite.
Most MLM bullshite is people (mainly bored women) trying to earn extra income on the side with the pretense that they're gonna hit it big. When they devolve into throwing their sales pitch out at all times and even to their close friends you know it's a shitty practice.
