What if one person’s genetic advantage is nothing more than technological leaps within him

In a cell are billions/trillions of protons which are nothing more than universes within us.
What if, in SOME atomic universes within our bodies, some civilations advanced far enough to be come self aware and propel the protons in which they exist into a quantum excellence.
If this occurs enough times, in the correct pattern, within a person...this leads to what we perceive as genetic advantage.
It’s a biophysical infinite regression of advancement that propels our bodies forward.
What if, in SOME atomic universes within our bodies, some civilations advanced far enough to be come self aware and propel the protons in which they exist into a quantum excellence.
If this occurs enough times, in the correct pattern, within a person...this leads to what we perceive as genetic advantage.
