Things we learned in this thread:

1. Drew Brees is 'Louisiana tall', but is of average height otherwise.

2. Nurse, despite being from LA, is tall even by the rest of the US standards (5'9").

3. Louisianans are generally short.

4. According to Nurse and 480 Arizona is the land of the giants, although no proof of it was given.

5. Guatemalans are midgets apparently.

6. The majority of the people lean towards the following definition of 'tall':

Men:
<5'7" --> Short
Between 5'7" and 6'2" --> Average
>6'2" --> Tall

Women:
>5'8" --> is tall

Its taken me about 30 years to finally realize this about myself.

I'm 5' 11 3/4" and when I am in a crowd, I generally can see over most of you short people


so 6' is above average, more like 5'8" for men
