It's hers. You gave it to her as a gift, not a loan. Hope you didn't pay too much or it wasn't your great, great granny's ring because it's gone.

We signed a pre-nup that specifically stated that the engagement/wedding rings would be kept in Ex Wife's possession and given as a gift to our daughter at an appropriate age. 6 months after the divorce I asked her if she still had the ring, she said she sold it to pay bills. Lovely woman I tell ya.

I agree. But if she is of the mindset to cheat, she certainly is of the mindset to keep the ring.

Always buy cubic when you see she is happy and staying buy real deal. Cost of rung shouldn't matter if she's into what ring costs dump her it's bout love

Normally I'd say it's hers since it was a gift. However, in my case I gave her my Grandmother's ring with my Great Grandfather's diamonds. If Mrs. Gar decides to leave me she better give it back.
