BR's got NBA Youngboy and Gee Money. Who does Nola have besides washed-up Lil Wayne? Far cry from the 90s when No Limit/Cash Money ran the industry. Hell, the biggest musical act out of Nola right now is the Revivalists. Sad what's become of our once great city.

Nola music was doing fine long before rap and is doing fine now.

We'll let Nola have em. Do y'all want some aspiring rappers too?

It is pretty strange that there isn’t a single notable Nola rapper under the age of 35

Nola is home to a new and upcoming rapper named Mr. Real Estate, aka The Sausage King of Chicago.

Cash money and no limit dominated the mid to late 90’s and some of early 2000’s. Then Atlanta rap exploded in popularity and artists. The rest is history.
