I don’t care if you got the vaccine or not.
But I am staunchly against mandating it and I am immediately dismissive of anyone that even supported Covid vaccine mandates. Not everyone has the same risk profile for Covid or the vaccine (and yeah, there is a risk for the vaccine). It should be a personal choice.
IMO what companies like mine did were highly discriminatory.

I expect many to die, many to have adverse immunocompromised reactions long term. So does one of the pioneers of MRNA. I recognize not everyone at Camp LeJeune isn’t dead or compromised health.
At the end of the day, people who didn’t get the jab are smarter than people who did.

Not really. There is almost always a compromise to be determined with just about any medical decision. Very rarely does a medication or a procedure have 100% efficacy with 0% side effects or adverse reactions. People likely ended up making the wrong choice for themselves on both sides of the issue. I know of one person who had immune issues prior to being vaccinated which were worsened afterwards. I also was just informed of a family friend who refused to be vaccinated or mask, contracted and recovered from COVID without initially serious complications, but just started complaining of chest pain, only to have several clots found throughout the heart, aorta, and major pulmonary vessels.
However an individual choice and a choice with regards to the greater good/ public health standpoint are two separate things. The latter is made with the understanding that yes, there will be casualties, but with the counterbalance that the overall suffering would be less than without the mandates.
It is a bit of a catch-22 on the PR front, though. If done right, the public only sees the initial cost and thinks it has paid for nothing because the worst never happens. If not done right or only partially done due to "politics", the the public feels the initial cost PLUS continuing costs of the ongoing threat.

The unvaxxed parts of the world never experienced a pandemic.
I took 3 Moderna jabs that I regret. I am a sceptic but they got me because I have friends and relatives in precarious health. By getting vaxxed I probably exposed those people to added risk.
I've seen the NSW data on outcomes by vaccination status. The unvaxxed are healthy. I can only conclude that the vaccine is the disease.
