Cool. He'd be the most famous then. Flew from Chicago to New Orleans with him. He did a little sign off thing on the plane phone before we offloaded.

Had one of the jamaican bobsledders on my flight from atl-jfk in february. Not sure if he was one of the guys from cool runnings or a real jamaican bobsledder

I hardly have ever seen a famous person at an airport despite traveling quite a bit from the late 90's into the late 2000's. I can think of two and they are sports related, Dale Brown in Nashville and Jonathan Ogden at Reagan National. Oh, and one of the Wizard of Oz munchkins on an airplane in Nashville.

Had a beer with Carla from Scrubs in the LAX lounge. Had no idea who she was until she said that she was on TV.

Mr. T in Phoenix in 2008. I pitied the handful of fools who were hassling him for attention and autographs.
ETA: 2009, the Stade Toulousaine (sp?) rugby team from Toulouse, France. Not famous here, but apparently something like the Pittsburgh Steelers or something in Europe. Hard drinking and friendly bunch of guys.

Sat a couple rows behind this guy from Treme on a Southwest flight from Nashville to New Orleans once as well. Someone in the boarding line made the quip "HBO won't pay for Delta?" and he laughed.

Nashville airport has a huge number of famous folks I think.
Or it feels that way since its so small and a lot come through this city. Have a friend who bartends at a wine bar in the airport and he sees famous people several times a week just in his terminal.

Sat next to Chaka Khan on a flight once. Had no idea until after. We chatted the whole time. Was very nice. 8/10 would sit next to again.
