Am not in NOLA or LA so I guess my contribution was hauling my cookies some 30 years ago .
As for what I do in general. Make distinctions around character not race. I pay a buttload in taxes as well as personal contributions to causes with no regard to race

There are racial inequities in the criminal justice system. CK has done zero to change that - he just pisses people off that he needs on his side.
The "lets make whites angry" strategy of trying to obtain social justice is absurd.

Blacks can only help themselves and it will take generations of a culture change.
Start fathering your children (structured family)and don't rely on the government would be a good start.
Sadly the democrats feed these people money for having more kids. Welfare system needs a complete overhaul

No other country provides the opportunity that America does for black folks.
All they have to do is perform slightly above average in school and the world is handed to them on a platter.
The economic might of just black Americans would make them the 15th largest economy in the world.
