“That the birds of worry and care fly over you head, this you cannot change, but that they build nests in your hair, this you can prevent."
I try not to pay interest on my troubles by letting the worry consume me.

Mostly stuff like making sure my wife is taken care of if I pass away unexpectedly. I have a pretty sizable life insurance policy which will payoff any debt (house, auto, the remaining balance on her student loans) and leave her with a decent amount left over, but I'd like to make sure she has enough to make sure she can retire at 55 and do the things she wants to do in life.
I also have a fear of getting so old or infirm that I lose my independence. Having seen relatives and friends near their end of life soiling themselves in their beds and having someone else have to clean you up just seems so... degrading. I hope that I can go out like my grandfather; as an old man, sleeping my own bed, after a day of following my normal routine of visiting friends and acquaintances around town.

I admire those of you who say you don't worry about anything... though I tend to question this is true, but I don't know you...
I think it's easier to say we shouldn't worry but in the day-to-day as we get pushed around by life it's easy to have fear or worry at least for a while until we process things and put things into perspective and then try to let it go...
