What do you think killed the FedEx driver? The tree or the pollen?

I am against a government death penalty.
I would 100% nullify a jury if that driver took out that tree crew.

Really if he helped out, instead of trying to get youtube views, driver would had still be alive possibly.

You guys are joking about the driver dying yeah?
Googling for this brought up a bunch of stories. It's amazing how many delivery drivers have been killed by falling trees.

It is actually cheaper to keep them alive for life than execute them…. Which opens another can of worms about prison and the “justice” system.

If re-watch the video, you can see the driver unbuckling and moving around in his seat. He is lucky it fell really behind the driver side and was mainly the very top of the tree that hit the delivery van and not the middle.
For punishment they should make that tree crew snort lines of that pollen off of his delivery truck.
