re: What do you guys think of LL Bean boots?

My dad had a pair that were at least 50+ years old. They were resoled twice. He rubbed them down every hunting season with neetsfoot oil. He passed away at 90 last year and the boots were a 1/2 size too small. Killed me to give them away. I have insulted 9” slip ons for 40+ years. Wear them to and from duck camp.
