I'm not sure if that's limited to Millennials. Seems to be a very common verbal tick among middle aged women as well.

The problem with generations is that people born near the beginning or end will sort of identify with the other generation they are close to.
I'd imagine most people born in 81-83 have a lot more of GenX characteristics than someone born in 1995.
