Kind of hard to hide in my office

I work outside. I prefer something button down with short sleeves (polos are too hot and thick in the South), jeans or khakis, and steel toes. But I'm lazy with laundry, so I'm wear t shirts sometimes.

With my job, having something with a collar does effect how people act towards me. I have authority at work, so I never get talked down to, regardless if what I wear. But people seem to be more cordial and argue less when I'm dressed nicer.

Suit and tie.
