There's a tribe of people in Brazil that initiate young boys into warriors by placing gloves filled with bullet ants on the boys' hands.

Find a 30 year old Chinese person. The ones that went through Mao and the Great Leap Forward, sure, but the typical Chinese person today, nah.

Zwolle has always had that reputation. My mom, back in the 60s, would always tell us to lock the doors when driving thru. Grandmother (nurse) drove there from Many
to work and would spend the weekend stitching up people from knife fights. Dad stopped there on his route and said you really needed to know someone who lived there to stop there.

Zwolle is the closest town to our lake house. We drive through it every time we go. I do my grocery shopping at market basket in Zwolle. Though I have never had a problem with anyone there are some shady looking dudes. It also has one of the worst meth problems in the state.

With that said, my vote goes to Oxford, MS.

Yeah, nowadays, I stop there without a thought. From what I understand it was settled in the area of La and Tx that was ungoverned by any authority for a while. Outlaws, Mexicans, Indians, and escaped slaves lived there, eventually making the area known as the "red-bones".
