Tommy Bahama makes a really good 2 button polo style shirt. Very durable to cleaning, collar never curls up. About $90

There is no such thing as a formal polo.

But Peter Millar makes the most comfortable polo-style shirt. I wear them 3-4 days a week.

Polo by Ralph Lauren IS the brand. To call any other shirt "polo" is ripping off the RL brand. Just like Kleenex and Band-Aid.

Anyone else have issues with the collars on the RL Classic Polo?

After a few months, they never lay right

Err, "polo" shirts were being worn by polo players before RL was born.

pop the collar before they get washed and hang them with the top button buttoned and collar popped after they are dry.

Izod. They're affordable, hold up well, and easy to get in tall sizes.

I was gonna ask the same thing. My other question would be is there any way to get them back once they get the weird creases in them?
