I think a lot of you often forget there is a big difference between natural looking boob jobs and bolt-ons. If she wants them to be bigger but look natural, by all means go for it. Bolt-ons are disgusting though.

Oddly, the most "normal" girls I've seen who get implants tend to be very hot girls who seem to view them as the last step to becoming extremely hot.
It's almost like they view it as simply completing the package. Weird as it is, this category seems to be a little more level headed than the rest, maybe because they're already used to getting male attention.
