That O’Keefe’s lotion is good stuff. I have that and Neutrogena Norwegian Formula hand lotion. Paul Harvey used to push the Neutrogena.

We have a crock pot filled with water, on high setting, for humidity. Seems to work.

ETA: don’t use harsh shower gels and soaps either. Look for a Neutrogena (sp) product or Nivia.

I get tiny splits all over my hands and fingers when the cold hits. Aggravating as frick. Tried the “working hands” stuff but it’s too sticky/greasy for me. Back to the old tried and true method - superglue those bitches.

When the weather is cold and dry my legs start itching bad. I have to keep them covered and warm as much as possible. I should use lotion too but I usually don't.

My high fat diet and morning coconut oil shot + krill oil capsule keep me "moist."
