There's some places in Baton Rouge where you'll never be able to turn left unless you do this. I do it, but I hate when I'm about to get a window and someone in the oncoming lane gets freaked out and slows down allowing trailing traffic to catch up thus removing my window to turn.

In a situation like this where i know there will be a line of cars behind me waiting for me to make a left turn, I just go straight and turn later or make three right turns. It cost me a little extra time, but I saved the long line of people behind me aggravation and their combined time.

This, and when the person behind me does anything to even slightly disturb my seat, even though I know it's going to happen at the slightest touch.
In general, anything that people do or are oblivious to that I take care to not do or pay attention to. If I feel it is important to note, do, don't do, etc, everyone should as well.

Being in new York, I just remembered how irrationally angry I get when someone honks the horn. These frickers honk at everything. No way I could drive around Manhattan.

Excellent list. As far as fast food, nothing pisses me off more than Popeyes when they're out of chicken and ask you to wait 15 minutes. Thats all you frickers do!

I also hate anytime someone doesn't use a turn signal when it's called for. It turns to rage when they look visibly annoyed at me because I didn't know they wanted to get over and they have to speed up or slow down to get in my lane.
