And what tools would that be?

Not all stocked tool boxes are equal in knuckle-readiness: I've seen "emergency TRUCK" tool boxes with a hammer in them; consequently the tool box owner's wife left him for a federal employee- even worse, she left him for an EPA employee.

This is far too vague of a statement to hold any creedence in the alpha world.
