Money and money equates into pussy. The only thing man does anything for is to procreate. I know that is a crude reduction of our species but we are no different than any other living organism...our only reason for existence is to procreate and we devote every minute of every day of our lives to that end....I understand that many of us like to think we have a higher calling than fricking but they are deluding themselves badly...

The one and only reason for man to exist is for man to exist. To exist man, like all living organisms, procreate. Therefore EVERY undertaking man attempts is an attempt to better his odds at procreating. Creating a work of art is just an attempt to get laid. Laying waste to a neighboring nation is preening for pussy AND opening new lands for pussy....it is all about sex. I understand that this is very troubling for many folks but we are just like any living organism...we eat, drink, breath, sleep, shite and piss so we may have the opportunity at some point to frick.

Throughout human history there is only one reason for war.
While the history books are all rewritten by the winners and and they always have some "human" reason to get the folks to fight, it is just a single word.
RESOURCES
Civil War
North had factories
South had resources
South preferred to ship resources to England and France for their finished goods
North allowed the wealthy to "buy out" military service and same folks became the "Robber Barron's"
World War II

In the early part of the last century England & US (Standard Oil) recognized the nomads as rightful rulers instead of the Persian Empire to secure the oil concessions.

I was in a small group that got to sit down with Lawrence Eagleburger many years ago. He predicted there would be many more wars. His thesis is that the world consists of "haves" and "have-nots" and that the have-nots will be a larger and larger majority on the planet. As a result of instant communication around the globe, the have-nots know what the haves possess and see how they are living. Simple economic jealousy. That's what we see in Gaza and Israel.

I'm wondering what is so important about Gaza and the West Bank to Israel that it is worth their occupation and continued loss of life?
My questioning has me told that Israel wants these as a buffer zone, but continuing to settle it makes is more a part of Israel than a buffer zone.
I'm also told that there exists a large aquifer in Gaza that is important to Israel, as are the Med Sea ports.
Anyone else have a take on the importance of these two areas to Israel?

You're missing the point. I'm not making the argument that Islam is a #MostlyPeaceful religion. Quite the opposite. I'm just not willing to absolve your flavor of religion from violence.
