let's see, my interview with Deloitte was the hardest one I've ever had. It was 2 days long and involved going to dinner and lunch with the partners and staying in a hotel for a night. Easiest one was construction in high school. It was "hi, how ya doin" and that was it.

I interviewed and got a job at EY and thought it was easy so surprised

Software Eng. can be either the toughest job interview ever or if you donwgrade to a "IT guy" position in a small company it can be the easiest day in your life, ussualy people from these companies do not have the slightest idea of what you are talking about
