I just try to power through. If I go to bed I really do feel like shite. If I keep working, I don't think about it as much. Plus, if everybody else gets sick they share in my misery.

too late for vitamin C. Those "cold-eeze" lozenges are basically pure zinc I believe, and that's supposed to stop/slow the virus from getting any worse

and drink a shite load of water

Don't know why but Seattle is filled with bad bugs. Maybe the weather or proximity to Asia but had to learn to fight back.

My weapon when I feel it coming on is an Airborne and 4-6 capsules of Wellness Formula. Take a couple more every few hours for a couple days and it's beaten.

Emergen C 2-3 a day
Green juice(naked, Odwalla etc) 2 a day
Water

Usually better within a couple days.
