No necessarily a mispronunciation, but I absolutely have to call people out when the say "I COULD care less' instead of "I COULDN'T care less".
It's involuntary to me, I can't not call them out even if I wanted to.

I love it when old guys tell me they've had "prostrate trouble".
Really? You have trouble laying face-down?

When judgmental folks use "laying" instead of 'lying'.

Nuclear pronounced as "nuc yoo ler"
Chipotle pronounced "chipoltee"
Worcestershire pronounced one of the hundred different ways I've heard it pronounced besides the way it's supposed to be said. (it's "wus tah shir" btw)

My MIL says alls. Alls is not a fricking word.

Not so much a mispronunciation but rather a misuse of a word.
My MIL will say "Y'all" in place of "your".
For example:
Are we boiling crawfish at "y'all" house or mine on Saturday?
Drives me fricking nuts, the SIL does it too. Most grammar type stuff doesn't bother me, but this is like nails on a chalkboard.
