Look up some books. Documentaries jump around so much it can be hard to really learn anything. Read three or four books and you will learn a lot about the conflict.

I'm interested too. I know I can find something to watch but I'm interested in learning which are of better quality.

Read "Crusade" by Rick Atkinson. Best I've seen on that war. He has some on WWII also.

There's a video on YouTube of Stormin' Norman at a press conference. And in that press conference, he clearly and concisely describes, in detail, with maps, charts, stats etc, the entire war. It takes about 45 minutes I think, and will tell you everything you would want to know.
