I knew the housing market is crazy in Tampa after covid but didn’t know it was that expensive.

Electric bill probably isn't too high. No carpet to vacuum. No place for obnoxious houseguests to spend the night.

Looks like its an ADU next to a main house in a decent neighborhood near USF campus and hospitals. If i was in med school Id live there, frick it. Thats all I need and I bet the AC keeps that thing cold AF for under $100/month

Definitely doable as an efficiency setup--especially if rent is outrageous in the area, which I suspect it is.
