I'm considering moving to Swakopmund, Namibia. It's a really nice place and very cool country.

At least you have been there unlike those without passports making blanket statements about an entire continent.

Easy for English speakers to navigate Namibia or is German the language of business/commerce,etc....?

Moving permanently or temporary?

English, German, and Afrikaans are all spoken there but nearly every person you run across speaks English.
It would be a long term move to get a tax break and enjoy the opportunity to live overseas. Although I'm now also considering Argentina. I know a guy who runs high end hunting lodges all over the world and last night he suggested I take a trip to Argentina before I make my final decision.

I've been considering retiring early (10-12 years), but I have limited my destinations to English speaking countries.

I considered Belize since its one of the few English speaking Countries in the Americas (not likely though ) & many other English Speaking African Nations(Ghana ,etc..).

It seems you have picked to English speaking nations Cameroon & Namibia ,but will consider Argentina so I assume English isn't as important to you?

It seems Argentina(Latin America) would be more convenient since Namibia must be an arduous 20 plus hour flight .

Actually it would be the opposite. I work in Cameroon 5 weeks on 5 weeks off. So the flight to Namibia would be much shorter.

I've worked and lived in non-English speaking countries before. So the language is not a big worry for me. I'm working in a French speaking country now and I manage with my limited French. Most businesses will have people that can speak English on staff.

That bushmeat doesn't look very tasty. It all looks burnt and stringy.

After watching that video it looks like it's pretty dry but they put it in hot water to reconstitute it

You don't have a human right to medical care, just medical insurance.

Monkeys are killed by it just as bad if not worse than humans.

There is some evidence of bats being infected with it without symptoms (which is the hallmark of a reservoir animal), and several patient Zeros have been associated with an area containing a bat.
