It obviously is going to be against the person who shot and killed him, use some common sense here. This kid was 15 which in any state other than West Virginia would make him a high schooler and its pretty fair to assume his friends were the same age.

I shouldn't have to make such sweeping assumptions when reading an AP piece.

As an attorney charged with prosecuting this case--whether civil or criminal--I would, of course, consider all potentially responsible parties. Leaving Jr high schoolers, including 6th graders (and perhaps younger) at home to shoot each other with arrows could be negligent, even criminally.

Also, you are talking about the victims age, Reading Rainbow, when referring to the 15 yo. What about the 6th grader? Who Dat? Who was the "assailant"? How old was he or she?

El comprende?

Okay, I'll play fair:
quote:

The ages of the others involved weren't released but authorities said they were minors.

Whaaa? I assume since boy-genius 15yo 8th grader is " dating" a 6th grader that these minors must be, uhm, uhm, I got nothing.

Did you have a point?

Another example of why I've always said the dumbest creature to ever live on this planet is the human teenager.

15 years old and in the 8th grade? Not very bright to begin with.
